KANYE WEST has pulled a controversial new video from his official website.The Stronger rapper uploaded a 14-minute promo, titled We Were Once A Fairytale, featuring scenes of him cavorting with women in a club. The video, played to West's track See You In My Nightmares, ends with the star involved in a sex scene, and then stabbing himself in the stomach to release an inner-demon. But just hours after West previewed the footage - directed by Spike Jonze - the star removed it from his site and apologized to fans. On his blog, he writes, "Sorry I had to take it down."

Shamed rapper KANYE WEST is planning a getaway to an Indian religious retreat in a bid to turn his life around, according to U.S. tabloid reports.The star recently revealed he would be taking time out to re-assess his life after storming the stage and humiliating Taylor Swift at September's (09) MTV Video Music Awards. He has since canceled his joint tour with Lady GaGa, and sources claim West is planning to escape to spend a month at a Hindu ashram in Pondicherry, India. An insider tells Star magazine, "He feels terrible about hurting Taylor Swift and sees it as another sign that his life is going in the wrong direction since his mother died (Nov07)."

KANYE WEST's joint tour with LADY GAGA was scrapped due to "creative differences".The duo was set to hit the road together for the Fame Kills tour in November (09), but promoters at Live Nation revealed on Thursday (01Oct09) the shows would not go on. No official explanation was given but some online reports suggest the dates suffered from poor ticket sales. However, GaGa's choreographer Laurieann Gibson has now revealed the pair's teams fell out over creativity issues. In a post on her Twitter.com blog, the celebrity dancer writes, "Great rehearsal Gaga!!! No kanya (sic) tour not mad!! Let's keep it moving!!" A second post simply states, "Creative differences!!!"
