Reality TV star STEPHANIE PRATT has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) in Hollywood.The 23-year-old star of The Hills was stopped by police at 3.45am on Sunday morning (18Oct09), reports TMZ.com. Pratt, who's brother is Spencer Pratt and sister-in-law is Heidi Montag, was taken into custody and her bail set at $5,000. The television star celebrated Montag's birthday at a party on Saturday night (17Oct09) prior to her arrest. She was still in custody as WENN went to press.

AUDRINA PATRIDGE has been granted a three-year restraining order against a man accused of stalking her.The order was issued by a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge on Wednesday (30Sep09), prohibiting any contact between The Hills star and alleged stalker Zachary Loring. Loring was arrested on 30 August (09) after Patridge spotted him outside her home, following several earlier attempts to meet the star and present her with beer, wine, poetry and drawings. The order was granted on behalf of Audrina and her brother, Mark, who lives with her.

THE HILLS stars have no worries about paying the bills - several of the most popular characters earn $100,000 an episode.For the latest series of the hit U.S. reality show - which follows a group of young, rich kids in Los Angeles - lead stars Audrina Patridge, Lauren Bosworth and Heidi Montag all receive the staggering sum for every show they appear in. The amount is just $25,000 less than Lauren Conrad - the show's main pull - was earning before she quit to embark on a fashion design career. But the show's males stars aren't laughing quite so hard on the way to the bank - Spencer Pratt and Brody Jenner reportedly take home $65,000 and $45,000 an episode respectively.

AUDRINA PATRIDGE is seeking a restraining order against a fan who showed up at her door with a stash of disturbing poems, letters, drawings and postcards.The Hills star claims she was terrified when Zachory Loring appeared on her front porch last month (Aug09) and handed her a sketch of a woman being strangled among other items. In legal papers filed on Thursday (10Sep09) in Los Angeles, Patridge insisted Loring is a threat to her life and she wants him kept away from her. Her brother Mark is also requesting protection from Loring, according to TMZ.com. As well as the macabre sketch the overzealous fan showed her, Patridge was also left disturbed by one postcard he offered her, postdated 15 September (09), explaining she is "concerned about whether she will be injured or harmed in any way on such date (sic)." Lauren Conrad, the main focus of the first five seasons, quit The Hills earlier this year (09) and now Audrina Patridge admits she will be moving on from the program after filming wraps on the latest series. She says, "I'm almost done with The Hills. We're in the middle of finishing these episodes, and I'll be leaving then. It feels like I'm graduating. I'm taking the next step and growing up and maturing and moving on in my life."
