RYAN SEACREST has won a temporary restraining order against a man accused of stalking him with a knife. The TV and radio host's lawyers headed to court just hours after Chidi Uzomah was arrested wielding a knife outside Seacrest's Los Angeles offices on Friday (30Oct09). It's the third time Uzomah has attempted to make contact with the star. Last month (Sep09) he was convicted of three misdemeanours after fighting with Seacrest's bodyguard at a California hospital. He was also seen looking for Seacrest at a Burbank radio station the same month. According to TMZ.com, Seacrest's lawyer Blair Berk made the swift decision so Uzomah could be served the order while he's still being interrogated by cops on felony stalking charges. Under the terms of the temporary restraining order he must stay 100 yards away from Seacrest, his home, job and vehicle. The order is the second granted by LA authorities in just hours, after Nicole Richie sought similar measures to protect her from two paparazz...

AMERICAN IDOL star ADAM LAMBERT has confirmed what everyone already knew - he is gay.
Gossips have frequently speculated about Lambert's sexuality since he appeared on the TV talent show earlier this year (09).
And the singer, who finished as runner-up in the contest last month (May09), has finally 'come out' in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine - and admits most people had already correctly guessed he is homosexual.
Adam Lambert tells the mag, "I don't think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I'm gay. I'm proud of my sexuality. I embrace it. It's just another part of me... I was worried that (coming out) would be so sensationalised that it would overshadow what I was there to do, which was sing.

The publication accused them of violating the rules of the show, by using "technical enhancements" to increase a contestant's voting power.
At the end of the series, Kris Allen was crowned the winner after receiving more votes than competitor and show favourite Adam Lambert.
But, while AT&T executives admit t...
